- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is in the same condition as when it was received.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
